If you're not completely satisfied, you can return an item for an exchange or a refund within ten (10) days of the purchase date. Items must be new or unused.

How to return

1. Email a photo of the item to simplyhopecandleco@gmail.com to request an RMA number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the box.
3. Mail it to Simply Hope Candle Co., LLC, Attn: RMA #, 155 Somerset Drive, Albany, GA 31721.

Costs and timing

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please allow at least 7 days after we receive your item for processing. You'll be notified once your return is processed.

Orders can't be cancelled once placed. Damaged items: see the shipping policy.
